This link is not for download and it is 100% normal to get a 404.
sh404SEF updates can be done through the Joomla updater, like all Joomla extensions, or by downloading the zip file from our website under the Downloads menu item.
This requires in both case an active subscription and that your update key has been entered in the corresponding field of sh404SEF configuration.
The process is described in full on this page of sh404SEF documentation.
